About This Product

The HCL6002 is a 600 ton, 50 mm (1.97 in) stroke, single-acting load return model in the HCL series of high tonnage lock nut hydraulic cylinders. The lock nut provides secure mechanical load holding for extended periods. Collapsed height is 380 mm, outside diameter 430 mm, base mounting bolt circle 370 mm and weight 427 kg. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrided surface treatment. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting, pushing and holding, especially in large-scale construction and heavy load projects. It complies with ASME B30.1.
