About This Product

HCL10012 is an HCL Series high tonnage lock nut hydraulic cylinder. It is a single-acting, load return design with 100 ton capacity and 300 mm stroke; collapsed height is 437 mm, outside diameter 175 mm and weight 82 kg. The lock nut provides secure mechanical load holding for extended periods. The load return design has fewer parts, making it simple to use and maintain. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrocarburized finish. It is used for lifting, pushing and holding, especially in large-scale work where secure mechanical load holding is required. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and it complies with ASME B30.1.
