HCG1508 is a single-acting, load return high tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the Enerpac HCG series, with 168 ton capacity and 200 mm (7.87 in) stroke. Because the plunger returns under load, it has fewer components and is simple to operate and maintain. Collapsed height is 397 mm, outside diameter 215 mm, base mounting bolt circle 185 mm, collar thread M215 x 3 and weight 94 kg. The cylinder body and plunger have a nitrocarburized finish, and maximum working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for high capacity lifting and pushing in construction and heavy industry. It complies with ASME B30.1.
