About This Product

GF5B is a glycerine-filled gauge used to read pressure and force on hydraulic cylinders. It has a metric scale and is designed for use with 5 ton cylinders. Force range is 0-45 kN, maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and scale divisions are 10 bar and 0.5 kN. The gauge has a 100 mm (4 in) face, 1/2 NPTF thread and lower mount. Accuracy is 1% of full scale. Required gauge adaptors are GA1 and GA2. Force readings can be used to measure external loads supported by a cylinder or jack, or the force used for pressing parts.
