Simplex G1121 700 bar Electric Hydraulic Pump

G1121 is an electric hydraulic pump from the Simplex G1 series (discontinued series), with a 2-way, 2-position (2/2) manual valve. It is suited to single-acting cylinders and small to medium hydraulic tools. The 0.5 hp universal motor runs on 115 V, 60 Hz, single phase and draws 10 A at full load. Its two-stage design delivers 4,096.8 cm³/min (250 in³/min) in the first stage up to 400 psi and 311.4 cm³/min (19 in³/min) at 700 bar (10,000 psi) in the second stage. Usable oil capacity is 3.79 l (1 gal), weight is 15.0 kg (33 lb), and dimensions are A 279.4 mm, B 207.5 mm, C 410.7 mm. Lightweight and portable, it is used for intermittent duty in crimping, cutting, pressing, punching and bending applications. An external adjustable relief valve and motor pendant are standard.
