The FTR751025S is a 25 mm stroke hydraulic foundation bolt tensioner from the Enerpac FTR series for 75 ksi grade studs. It is designed for tensioning external or internal-ring wind tower foundation bolts. Using the existing rebar hex nuts as the reaction point eliminates thread fit problems. Key specifications: 374.8 kN (42.1 ton) load capacity, 1200 bar (17,400 psi) maximum operating pressure, 25 mm (0.98 in) stroke and 3123 mm² hydraulic pressure area. It suits a 35 mm (1.38 in) bolt diameter (#10 bar) and a 51 mm (2.00 in) nut A/F. The required minimum bolt protrusion is 250 mm, and the tool weighs 10.9 kg. Long-stroke options in the FTR series are intended to speed up the process with single-pull tensioning. A zinc coating provides corrosion protection. Country of origin is the United Kingdom.
