Enerpac EVOP180150W 700 bar Synchronous Lift Pump

EVOP180150W is an electric synchronous lifting pump from the Enerpac EVOP series. It works on the Pump-per-Point principle, with each pump controlling a single lifting point. This combines high flow with accurate synchronization. Stroke synchronization ensures a level lift regardless of load distribution. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), and flow at rated pressure is 8.0 l/min (488 in³/min). The variable flow range is 5.1–17.0 l/min at low pressure (<125 bar) and 2.4–8.0 l/min at high pressure (>125 bar). The pump has a 20 hp, 380-415 V, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz motor. Synchronization is controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD) on the motor. Standard equipment includes a reservoir of approx. 150 l (40 gal), a solenoid-operated 4-way 3-position valve and extended duty cycle rating. Accuracy between cylinders is down to 1.0 mm (0.040 in). Country of origin is the Netherlands. The system is designed for high-tonnage cylinders of 300 to 1000 ton capacity. It saves time on long-stroke lifts and on repetitive operations such as climbing jacks. Lifting speed is up to 8 times faster than traditional multi-point lifting methods.
