About This Product

The ETR50H is an electrically driven ETR series trolley system that carries heavy loads along a fixed track system. It comes with an HCG502 hydraulic cylinder and has 50 ton (500 kN) capacity. The entire system is controlled by a hand-held wireless controller. A typical system consists of 4 trolleys, 2 tracks and one controller; tracks and controller are ordered separately. Continuous movement and precise control of speed, acceleration and deceleration make load movements more stable than traditional skidding methods. Low speed is 25 m/h (82 ft/h), high speed 50 m/h (164 ft/h), accuracy 0.38 in (about 10 mm), allowable sideload 0.83 ton and sound level <80 dBA. It is used in heavy load transport and positioning applications that involve repetitive movements. It runs on simple flat steel plate.
