Enerpac ETR100 100 Ton Electric Trolley

The ETR100 is the 100 t (1000 kN) electric trolley of the Enerpac ETR-Series Trolley System. It carries heavy loads along a fixed track, and the entire system is controlled by a hand-held wireless controller. A typical system comprises 4 trolleys, 2 tracks and one controller; track plates and controller are ordered separately. Loaded travel speed is 25 m/h (82 ft/h) at low speed and approx. 50 m/h (164 ft/h) at high speed, with approx. 100 m/h (328 ft/h) unloaded. Motor power is 0.75 kW, sound level is <80 dBA and maximum sideload is stated as 1.66 tons. Built-in synchronization removes the need for a forced external mechanical connection between trolleys, with a travel accuracy of approx. 10 mm (0.38 in). As an alternative to traditional skidding, continuous movement and precise control of speed, acceleration and deceleration give more stable load movement. It is used for repetitive moves, positioning of heavy machinery and modules, and heavy lifting projects; a hydraulic lifting cylinder option and kits for other lifting options are available.
