EAJ6LC is an Aquajack subsea bolt tensioner. Its thread range is M56–M64 (2 1/4 – 2 1/2 in), load capacity 1246.9 kN (140.2 tons), maximum operating pressure 1500 bar (21,750 psi), stroke 30 mm (1.18 in) and cylinder effective area 8312.8 mm². It weighs 13.0 kg. It offers a compact design and a long piston stroke. The Split Nut design allows rapid application to long bolts or damaged threads and rapid removal. It compensates for misalignment, has a visible piston stroke indication and a 'no spill' overstroke elimination feature. It is designed to be easily positioned in poor visibility conditions and is used for subsea flange and bolted connection work.
