About This Product
EAJ4LC is a subsea bolt tensioner from the Enerpac Aquajack EAJ series. It delivers 553 kN (62.2 ton) load capacity at a maximum operating pressure of 1500 bar (21,750 psi) and suits the M39–M42 (1 1/2" – 1 5/8") bolt range.
Piston stroke is 30 mm, effective cylinder area is 3686.7 mm² and weight is about 6.0 kg. The compact body and long piston stroke make it easy to position in poor visibility conditions.
The tool uses a Split Nut design that allows rapid application to long bolts and damaged threads. It is used for bolt tensioning applications. Quick fastening nuts are available separately.
