About This Product
The EAJ3LC is an Aquajack subsea bolt tensioner from the EAJ series. It offers a 42.6 ton (378.6 kN) load capacity, a 30 mm piston stroke and a maximum operating pressure of 1500 bar (21,750 psi). Effective cylinder area is 2524.3 mm².
It is designed for the M33–M36 (1 1/4"–1 3/8") bolt range. The compact body and long piston stroke make it easy to position in poor visibility conditions. Weight is 4.5 kg.
The Split Nut design allows rapid application to long bolts and damaged threads, and rapid tool removal. It is used for tensioning subsea flange and bolted connections.
