About This Product

EAJ1LC is an Aquajack subsea bolt tensioner. It is designed for a 3/4" – 7/8" (M20 – M22) bolt range and provides 151.3 kN (17 ton) load capacity at a maximum operating pressure of 1,500 bar (21,750 psi). Piston stroke is 20 mm, cylinder effective area is 1,008.7 mm², and weight is 1.5 kg. Its compact design and long piston stroke make it easy to position in poor visibility conditions. The unique Split Nut design allows rapid application to long bolts and damaged threads and rapid tool removal. It compensates for misalignment, and the full stroke can be used without over-stroking or oil spillage. It is used for controlled bolt tensioning on subsea flange and bolted connections.
