DLRHD180 is a heavy duty split frame clamshell pipe cutter designed for large scale cutting and beveling. It covers outside diameters from 3657.6 to 4495.8 mm (144-177 in). A patented, fully adjustable bearing design increases accuracy and performance. The fabricated steel base consists of staggered vertical steel plates interlocked between horizontal steel plates, which maintains rigidity under demanding conditions. The machine comes in four parts for easier deployment and installation. Weight is approximately 4546 kg and it is equipped with a high torque hydraulic motor.
