DLRHD120 is a heavy duty split frame clamshell pipe cutter designed for large scale cutting and beveling. It mounts on diameters from 2182 to 3086 mm (85.9-121.5 in). The housing is built from steel plates and spacers, giving a rigid set-up under demanding conditions. The mounting ring has 16 locators. Each adjustable locator has four mounting positions and 144.78 mm of radial adjustment. The OD mounted, gear driven MM120 is powered by a high displacement hydraulic motor for maximum cutting torque. Machine weight is 2857 kg.
