About This Product

CUSP1000 is the highest-capacity model of the CUSP series of low-height (pancake) hydraulic cylinders. It delivers 1142.6 tons (10165 kN) at a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,150 psi), with a collapsed height of 103 mm, extended height of 113 mm, outside diameter of 502 mm and cylinder bore of 430 mm. The body is steel with a nitrocarburized surface treatment for corrosion resistance in harsh environments. The integrated tilting function (2° on this model) helps distribute the load evenly, and side loads up to 4% of maximum capacity are allowed. It uses a CR400 coupler and weighs approximately 157 kg. It suits lifting applications in confined spaces where other cylinders will not fit.
