About This Product

The CST18381 is a steel, threaded-body, single-acting, spring-return workholding hydraulic cylinder from the Enerpac CST series. Its 1-5/16"-16 UN body thread screws into the fixture for fine positioning and easy installation; it is designed for push applications. At a maximum operating pressure of 345 bar (5,000 psi) it delivers 17.6 kN (3,950 lb). Stroke is 37.8 mm (1.49 in), effective area 5.1 cm² (0.79 in²) and advance oil capacity 19.3 cm³ (1.18 in³). It has a solid plunger with 5/16"-24 UNF plunger thread; retracted height 108.5 mm (4.27 in), extended height 146.3 mm (5.76 in), weight approx. 0.68 kg (1.5 lb). Typical uses include CNC fixtures, jigs and tooling requiring a longer stroke for workpiece clamping and support.
