About This Product

CR100L is a 100 ton tall cribbing ring set designed for HCR1004 and RAR1004 cylinders. It replaces traditional cribbing methods; each component is dimensionally consistent and engineered to work together. The tall set is chosen for extended reach and for high capacity lifts of up to 150 tons per lift point. The complete set includes 9 U-Rings and 8 spacers: CR100LU1 (1), CR100LU2 (8), CR100LP1 (1), CR100LP2 (7). U-ring height is 75 mm, outside diameter 191 mm, contact area diameter 160 mm, and total set stack height 675 mm (26.57 in). Cylinder stroke is 100 mm (3.94 in). Height with the complete set is 924 mm with HCR1004 and 973 mm with RAR1004; collapsed cylinder height is 252 mm for HCR1004 and 301 mm for RAR1004. The CR100A adaptor plate is required when used with HCR1004. It is used to mechanically support the load during critical lifts.
