Enerpac CLP2502 250 Ton Locknut Cylinder

CLP2502 is a CLP series single-acting, low-height (pancake) locknut hydraulic cylinder offered under the Simplex brand. At a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi) it provides 250 ton (2224.1 kN) capacity and 45 mm (1.77 in) stroke. Collapsed height is 160 mm, extended height 210.8 mm, effective area 363.2 cm², required oil capacity 1633.8 cm³ and weight 165 lbs (approx. 74.8 kg). Its extra low profile fits into tight spaces. The locknut design provides positive mechanical load holding; a 5° swivel saddle, overload protection port, carrying handles and eye bolts are standard. Body diameter is 274.3 mm and saddle diameter 200.7 mm; the cylinder has a steel body and solid plunger. It is used in applications where the load must be held mechanically, such as lifting and long-term support of heavy structures, bridge and construction work, and heavy machinery maintenance and installation.
