Enerpac CLP2002 200 Ton Locknut Cylinder

The CLP2002 is a single-acting locknut pancake hydraulic cylinder with an extra-low profile for tight spaces. The locknut provides positive mechanical load holding independent of hydraulic pressure. It offers 200 ton (1779.3 kN) capacity, 45 mm (1.77 in) stroke and 700 bar (10,000 psi) maximum operating pressure. Pressure at rated capacity is 553 bar. Collapsed height is 154.9 mm, extended height 205.7 mm, effective area 321.9 cm² and required oil capacity 1274.9 cm³. Body outside diameter is 243.8 mm and weight is approx. 56.7 kg (125 lb). Load return is single-acting, with an overload protection port. A 5° swivel saddle, carrying handles and eye bolts are standard. It is used in maintenance, assembly and construction work where very heavy loads must be lifted, supported and held for extended periods.
