The CLP1502 is a single-acting locknut pancake hydraulic cylinder with an extra-low profile for tight spaces. The locknut provides positive mechanical load holding independent of hydraulic pressure. It offers 150 ton (1334.5 kN) capacity, 45 mm (1.77 in) stroke and 700 bar (10,000 psi) maximum operating pressure. Collapsed height is 147.3 mm, extended height 198.1 mm, effective area 213.5 cm² and required oil capacity 961.9 cm³. Body outside diameter is 221 mm and weight is approx. 44 kg (97 lb). Load return is single-acting, with an overload protection port. A 5° swivel saddle, carrying handles and eye bolts are standard.
