About This Product

The CLP1002 is a single-acting locknut pancake hydraulic cylinder with an extra-low profile for tight spaces. The locknut provides positive mechanical load holding independent of hydraulic pressure. It offers 100 ton (889.6 kN) capacity, 50 mm (1.97 in) stroke and 700 bar (10,000 psi) maximum operating pressure. Collapsed height is 137.2 mm, extended height 182.9 mm, effective area 143.2 cm² and required oil capacity 716.1 cm³. Body outside diameter is 175.3 mm and weight is approx. 25.9 kg (57 lb). Load return is single-acting, with an overload protection port. A 5° swivel saddle, carrying handles and eye bolts are standard. It is used in maintenance, assembly and construction work where heavy loads must be lifted, supported and held for extended periods.
