About This Product
CDB280562 is one of the highest-capacity double-acting hydraulic block cylinders in the Enerpac CDB series of workholding tools. It is used for clamping, pushing and pulling where high clamping force is required.
Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar (5,000 psi), the cylinder delivers 270.7 kN (60,850 lbs) on advance and 163.0 kN (36,650 lbs) on retract. Stroke is 56 mm. Oil capacity is 439.7 cm³ on advance and 265.1 cm³ on retract. The oil port is G1/4" (BSPP) and the plunger has an M36 x 4.0 internal thread. Weight is approx. 18.2 kg (40.1 lbs).
Manifold O-ring ports and a plumbed connection option are both provided. This allows flexible mounting on heavy machining fixtures, die clamping and press-table applications.
