About This Product
CDB180502 is a double-acting hydraulic block cylinder from the Enerpac CDB series of workholding tools. Its compact block body takes up little space on the fixture. It is used for clamping, pushing and pulling applications.
Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar (5,000 psi), the cylinder delivers 173 kN (38,900 lbs) on advance and 105.4 kN (23,700 lbs) on retract. Stroke is 50 mm. Oil capacity is 251.2 cm³ on advance and 153.1 cm³ on retract. The oil port is G1/4" (BSPP) and the plunger has an M30 x 3.5 internal thread. Weight is approx. 11.5 kg (25.4 lbs).
Manifold O-ring ports and a plumbed connection option are both provided. This allows flexible mounting on CNC fixtures, die and machine-tool clamping systems.
