Enerpac CCD0200 125 Ton Chain Cutter

CCD0200 is a 125 ton (1112 kN) hydraulic chain cutter from Enerpac's CC series of hydraulic tools. It is designed to cut chain and metal bar. It is powered by an external hydraulic pump and has a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,150 psi). The double-acting cylinder gives increased control over the cutting stroke. Chain cutting capacity is 49.3 mm (1.94 in) for Grade 43 or less and 39.6 mm (1.56 in) for Grade 80 or less. Bar cutting capacity depends on tensile strength: 49.3 mm at 102 ksi (≈703 MPa), 44.5 mm at 145 ksi (≈1000 MPa), 39.6 mm at 203 ksi (≈1400 MPa) and 35.1 mm at 232 ksi (≈1600 MPa). It weighs approximately 80 kg (176.3 lb) and is supplied with a carrying case. Typical uses include heavy chain and bar cutting, dismantling and maintenance work where high cutting force is required. The CC series has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
