About This Product

BHP282 is a 12 ton class bearing separator from the BHP series. Its wedge-shaped edges allow it to be placed behind bearings, gears and similar parts where limited clearance prevents direct use of grip puller arms. The spread range is 9–130 mm (0.47–5.28 in), dimension B is 12–134 mm, dimension A is 156 mm and the width is 150 mm. The adjusting screw thread is 5/8" - 18 UNF. It is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the separator is rated at 50% of the capacity of the puller it is used with. It is designed to be used together with cross bearing pullers.
