Enerpac B5003 1:50 Air Hydraulic Booster

B5003 is a one-shot air-hydraulic booster designed for workholding systems. It converts compressed air into hydraulic pressure at a 1:50 ratio. It produces 260 bar oil pressure at 5 bar air and 350 bar at 7 bar air. The air operating range is 3–9 bar (40–125 psi). The booster delivers 60.6 cm³ (3.7 in³) of oil per stroke, with a stroke of 132 mm. The air piston diameter is 180 mm and the hydraulic piston diameter is 24 mm. Air consumption is 27 dm³ per cycle at 6 bar air, and the unit weighs 14 kg. The fiberglass wound air chamber prevents rust caused by moisture in the air system. It suits high-production applications that require high-speed operation and constant hydraulic output. The large oil delivery per stroke fills clamping and punching cylinders quickly. The booster is designed for fully automated production lines.
