About This Product

B28A is an air (pneumatic) lifting bag from the Simplex B series. It runs on standard shop air at up to 8 bar (116 psi). It has a capacity of 25.2 t (27.7 short ton) and a maximum height of 340 mm (13.4 in). The bag measures 609.6 × 609.6 mm (24 × 24 in), is 25 mm thick and weighs 9 kg. It is built from 2-ply Kevlar with neoprene. Maximum burst pressure is 32 bar (464 psi) and the air port is 1/4"-18 NPTF. It requires 416 L of air at 8 bar. It is used to lift, position and support loads in tight spaces. Side holes allow several bags to be attached together. It can be used with safety controllers for single and multiple bag systems.
