Enerpac B171 280.2 cm³ Receiver Booster

B171 is a receiver booster from the Enerpac B series booster family. It works on a mechanical energy transfer principle: the RA1061 activator wand is placed into the booster, and the wand plunger transfers force to the booster piston to provide oil flow to the system. Oil volume per stroke is 280.2 cm³ (17.1 in³), maximum operating pressure is 350 bar (5,000 psi) and minimum operating pressure is 400 psi. Pressure ratio is 2:1, oil flow ratio is 1.75:1 and effective area is 25.7 cm²; stroke is 4.30 in (approx. 109 mm). The no-leak palletized design eliminates oil loss at the connection point, and the closed design keeps machining chips and coolant out of the hydraulic circuit. Horizontal or vertical mounting allows flexible fixture design in CNC and palletized workholding applications.
