Enerpac ACBS22A 350 bar Accumulator Coupler

ACBS22A is a compact accumulator coupler package from the Enerpac ACB series. It is used in hydraulic workholding systems to maintain clamping pressure in the circuit after the power source is disconnected. A single design accommodates both single-acting and double-acting circuits. Operating pressure range is 100–350 bar (1,500–5,000 psi), nitrogen precharge pressure is 100 bar (1,450 psi), gas volume is 20 cm³ (1.22 in³), maximum rated oil volume is 0.90 in³ and usable oil capacity at 350 bar is 8.7 cm³ (0.53 in³). Port size is G1/4", dimension A is 68 mm, dimension B is 42 mm and weight is 4.6 kg. Recommended charging tool is WAT2. Country of origin is the United States. The package includes a relief valve, ball check shut-off, a glycerin-filled gauge and is supplied standard with one male coupler (AH-652). Optional manifold mounting is available; O-ring seals are located on the bottom of the block only for single-acting circuits. Suitable for low-volume clamping circuits and palletized fixtures.
